Roger’s background as a Stormwater Detention and Low Impact Development Designer, makes Roger a unique asset to ALJ Lindsey’s Civil Site Design team. Highly specialized in storm sewer system design, utility design, as well as various above ground or below ground detention options, Roger is an in-house stormwater expert.  Curious in nature, Roger is passionate about understanding and bringing new perspectives to his team; this includes new and emerging underground detention systems and stormwater quality features, as well as alternatives to traditional designs such as Low Impact Development concepts. Roger’s technical skills include AutoCAD, storm sewer design, underground detention design as well as cost estimation and project coordination. He has successfully designed storm and utility projects for ALJ Lindsey, including, most recently, securing channel drainage report approval by Fort Bend County Drainage district for the Texas Village Subdivision project in Beasley, Texas.

Roger is currently an Engineer-In-Training, simultaneously working toward his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology. When not working, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Roger is bilingual. Spanish was actually his first language.
