As a Lead Designer at ALJ Lindsey, Jose uses his excellent communication and management skills in combination with extensive AutoCAD experience to solve problems for his clients. Jose and his team are often tasked with finding solutions for one of the most difficult aspects of any project—drainage. Specifically, creating the most cost effective and efficient drainage solutions while meeting city and county standards. Jose appreciates a challenge and finding unique project solutions is part of Jose’s daily work. 

 

Jose attributes much of his current success to the environment at ALJ Lindsey, which has encouraged him to continue his education and take his career to the next level. A current member of the UT Tyler ASCE, Jose will be completing his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UT Tyler this year. 

 

On the weekends, Jose can be found watching or going to sporting events and exploring Houston’s restaurant scene.
