Job Title: PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Salary: $58,115.00 per year

Duties:

• Develop detailed project plans for commercial construction projects according to assigned scope, budget, and timeline.

• Collaborate with engineers and regulatory bodies.

• Coordinate resource procurement activities.

• Prepare and submit project progress reports.

• Proficiently create 3D surface models.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.

Experience: 12 months of experience as a project manager.
