Fidelis Realty Partners wanted to open the first Whole Foods Market 365 in Houston. The project began in the Fall of 2017 and quickly grew from its initial plan to a 30,000 square-foot development that includes two on-site restaurants, Peli Peli Kitchen and Juice Society, as well as an adjacent track for retail development at 3004 Yale in Houston, TX.
Our understanding of the local jurisdictional processes allowed us to navigate and adapt to a changing project whose scope expanded greatly from the start of the process to completion.
As the scope changed, we efficiently worked with our client and teammates to ensure each aspect; platting, permitting, end-user coordination, and TxDOT approval as we maintained an efficient schedule.
