We helped our client get reimbursed for the public improvements serving their project.
A client came to us with a vision to develop a large gymnastics facility on 14 acres of undeveloped land on Kuykendahl Road. The tract was perfect, but there were no utilities. We worked with an adjacent MUD district to have the property annexed into the District. We assisted the owner in entering into a reimbursement agreement with the District to be reimbursed for the public improvements serving the project, which included a sanitary sewer lift station and a public detention pond.
