ALJ Lindsey developed civil engineering plans on behalf of Fort Bend County MUD 124 for the requested park improvements along Westheimer Parkway near Falcon Landing Boulevard. These plans included an amenity and detention pond consuming 4.2 acres of the total 6.8-acre site. This project designed for the excavation of 400,000 cubic feet of material that was utilized onsite to generate rolling mounds and differing elevation perspectives.
