We were brought on to help with civil engineering for a VillaSport within the Stableside at Falcon Landing in Katy shopping center. The 121,000 square foot resort-style club will feature a spa, salon, and café along with basketball courts, group studios, and a kid’s area. 

 

The developer was anxious to get started early with the sitework, so we phased the project to enable mass-grading to start sooner. We also worked with the local utility district, Fort Bend County Drainage District, and Fort Bend County to coordinate the early start. 

 

Our relationship with municipalities enabled us to save time on the front end, which saved the client money in the long run.
