Our ability to adapt saved the project over two months.
We were brought on to provide civil engineering services for a 12-acre business park and 196,000 square feet of office/warehouse space and 6 acres of pad sites. The area did not have utilities, so we worked with a local private utility to extend water and sewer service to the site.
Tenant-driven site plan changes typically would have shut down the project for 3 months, but we were able to reduce the delay to only two weeks because decades of experiences have shown us the most efficient path to take to overcome challenges. The project is now complete and is accepting tenants on schedule.
