ALJ Lindsey designed site improvements at the 7.7-acre Venturetech site on Alabonson Rd which sits inside of the FEMA 100-year floodplain. The site civil design included a 2-acre amenity, mitigation and detention pond along with water, sewer, and paving. The design also connected the manufacturing facilities via tree-lined sidewalk trails and concrete parking facilities.
